1. Definitions & Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, features, and activities on the ouuok platform. The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the ouuok website, app, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who holds a registered account on the ouuok platform or visits the platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal profile and wallet on the ouuok platform.
• "Betting Balance" refers to the active and withdrawable funds in the account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to funds received from promotions or welcome offers, which are usable subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

These Terms are formulated in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and may be changed by ouuok at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open and use an account on the ouuok platform, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Access to this platform by minors ("for persons aged 21 and above only") is strictly prohibited. ouuok may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Registering multiple accounts from the same person, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any earned bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ouuok reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or misleading information is provided. If any of the user's details change, it is advisable to inform the support team promptly.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the ouuok support team must be notified immediately. ouuok will not be responsible for any loss resulting from the use of an account by a third party.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

For depositing funds on the ouuok platform, we support only three methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all three methods is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the account verification level and current promotions.

Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. When making a deposit, please confirm the correct number and amount; ouuok will not be responsible for delayed or cancelled transactions caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Time

The same three methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Transaction Verification

To prevent fraud and protect accounts, ouuok may request identity documents, mobile number verification, or additional information before processing a withdrawal. If the user does not provide the required documents within the specified time, the request will be considered cancelled.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Users making their first deposit at ouuok are eligible for a 100% match bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳12,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a received bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 (fifteen) times. The calculation applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. If the requirement is not met before expiry, the unfulfilled bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• Each promotion operates under its own separate terms, and multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• ouuok reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, ouuok may place the relevant funds on hold until the investigation is complete.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless ouuok takes action on its own initiative due to a technical error or data feed disruption. ouuok reserves the right to cancel bets placed by taking advantage of clearly incorrect odds or technical errors.

5.2 Gaming Services

ouuok provides casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment gaming services. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read the relevant rules before starting a game. All games are operated to ensure fair play.

5.3 Sports Betting

Markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports are available at ouuok. Live betting is available after an event has started. ouuok's decision will be considered final in resolving any dispute relating to markets.

6. Responsible Gaming

ouuok believes that gaming should be entertaining and controlled. We encourage all our users to bet responsibly. To this end, ouuok provides various tools:

• Deposit Limit Setting: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: If a break from gaming is needed, the option to suspend the account for a set period is available.
• Reality Check: During a session, reminders are provided about how long you have been playing.
• Loss Limit: The option to set an upper limit on losses over a specified period.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ouuok platform, and if violated, the account will be closed immediately:

• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Misusing the bonus system or applying bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Taking unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transaction.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity documents or information.
• Conducting fraudulent transactions through payment methods or third-party accounts.
• Spreading false information on social media with the intent to damage the platform's reputation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by ouuok

ouuok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If regular identity verification fails.
• If evidence of an age limit violation is found.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

A user may request to close their account at any time. In this case, any remaining valid balance in the account (free of wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

ouuok is committed to protecting users' personal information. All data is stored securely using SSL encryption and advanced security measures. We never sell users' personal information to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

The ouuok platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ouuok accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss or missed bets caused by internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Loss caused by the user's login credentials being compromised.
• Force majeure situations — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

In the event of any dispute, ouuok's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of that specific transaction.

11. Changes & Updates to the Terms

ouuok reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users via their registered email address or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after amended terms take effect will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms. Changes to the Terms will never affect prior valid transactions.
